This project was one of our first, and while trends have shifted since we completed this project, the principle of not overcapitalising remains unchanged.
By knowing our target market, we could see that the kitchen didn’t need to be fully ripped out and replaced.
With new floor tiles and some light touches around the existing kitchen, we gave it a new life.
The original bathroom felt tired and cramped, with an old bathtub dominating the room and outdated finishes that made it appear even smaller than it was.
Our renovation replaced the bulky bath with a modern walk-in shower, instantly creating a sense of space and light. Fresh white tiles and a frameless glass screen gave the room a clean, timeless feel that the market loved.
